Hey Guys! Another weekend of autocross is coming up and i need a few bodies to help with course setup for Friday. I don't have official word of how many will be exempt from work but being one of the first to sign up will help assure that.

So far exempt from work for SUNDAY ONLY.

Is our space the same as at the CASOC event? Can I set up the kids in the same spot (North diagonal taxiway) ? Any chance you're doing the slalom thing too? One note on that one. I suggested to Seb, our SSS for the CASOC event ,to ask the chair to take the dual slalom out and just go single down the middle. The taxiways are far too narrow to run the slaloms on the outsides or have two. Needs to be a single down the middle. If you would like different spacing how about 3 cones wide spaced, 1 cone a little less then 3 more cones with tight spacing for a varied 7 cone slalom. Just an idea.

I'll be out there sometime late Friday but can't help with the course, just trying to set my kid stuff up and get ready for the weekend.

Looks like AMCI and others will be using the runways late friday. We won't be able to start setup until about 5-530ish. Please keep in touch via phone as we wont have much time to setup the course. I will be laying out the key cones and hopefully will be able to get the course done in time.

I'll try to sneak out of work a little early, so I'll be there 5 p.m earliest, 5:30 p.m. latest.

Sorry, Jonathan...was hoping to work the 5-7 p.m. time slot, and when I got out there, Ken Motonishi said that we couldn't get started until 7 p.m. Catch you next time.
