For the more experienced in C4. Is it possible without damage to the car to run 345 / 18's on the rear? Would the wheel be an 18 x 11?

c5z rear is an 18x10.5

c4 grand sport is a 17x11

I know by experience that c4 (1996 grand sport) rims work on a c5z, my "guess" is vice versa also, but test fit b4 you buy or race the combo.

Tire diameters f/r need to be within a certain spec or traction control gets po'd.
