I need to stock up this afternoon (5+gal). Anyone know if it's on sale, or cheaper anywhere right now?

Costco is $8 off a six quart case (if I remember right) until the first week of June. It's in the coupon book. If you don't have a coupon, ask them to scan one for you. If you don't have a Costco membership, I can pick some up for you and bring it Sunday.

Has anyone else switched from Mobil 1 (because they lowered ZDDP) to Amsoil or Redline (still have previous levels of zddp).

I still use M1 in my lower performance vehicles.

Walmart is usually pretty cheap. $23-$28 for a 5-quart jug depending on the grade. Grade select is really hit or miss though. They don't restock very often. I usually buy my 15w-50 2 jugs at a time.

Last week at Costco, they demanded the coupons off the lady in front of me in line. She protested that they always scan the coupon for her if she forgets to bring it. The cashier apologized and said a new policy was in effect that you had to present the coupon.
