Friday Test & Tune

As this is my first Friday test n tune, wanted some input on how it works. Sounds like the test n tune course is seperate from the championship course as opposed to a practice course which is generally the inverse of the championship course? Are there a limited number of test runs? Is there an additional cost to make test runs?
Thanks

The test n tune course will be completely different than the course on Saturday/Sunday. The Sunday course will be the reverse of the Saturday course. The only test and tune I've been to was at the SD national tour. Basically you just show up, get teched, and you pay for runs on a "by the run" basis. At SD, it was something like $3 a run or 4 for $10, but I don't know what the pricing will be this Friday. I don't think there's a limit to the number of runs, but I don't know for sure.

Seperate mini-course. The idea is for people to do last minute tuning on their cars and themselves before the main event. Biggest thing is to get used to the surface (especially for out of towners). Price will be $3/run.

How will working for the Test n Tune work? Just wondering how its different if you're running 1 lap versus 10?

Thanks all. Looking forward to the test & tune. Just put new injectors, flywheel, clutch, alignment, and R-comps on the car and want to wring it out a little.

For simplicity, it's just timed work assignments, regardless of number of runs.

Yeah, I don't see any other realistic way to handle it.

Thanks to Jay and everyone for a great test and tune track. Was able to get out for 3 laps which let me know I needed to makes some changes. Better to find out on Friday than Saturday. At $2 a lap it was a steal.
Thanks Jay.
