So do non points card holders (those of us who would use a 600 number) not get solo $ for the Regional portion of the Divisional? Just asking because I notice that a number of us who do not have a points card are not listed in the results.

Believe that was the deal. No local awards or discounts at the divisional, only what you win overall in the divisional.
