Mustang Week Autocross - Video

Check out the video posted this week. Warning: It's somewhat painful to watch.
It makes me appreciate our Safety Stewards, Course Designers, and pretty much all of the SCCA rules.

I was waiting for someone to get run over or a head-on collision with some nut entering the big track. But NOOOOO! I just say there waiting and nothing happened.n Goofy Mustang people. (not you Mike)

Yeck. I've put on a Muscle car autoX (coming up again LaborDay weekend) and a chrysler LX (300C, Magnum, etc) autoX, but those weren't nearly as painful as this. They're in desperate need of some course design help.

I attended a pretty neat American Iron Track Day at CA Speedway a couple of months ago. Basically new Camaros, Challengers and Mustangs ... running in their own groups. Lots of original Iron in attendance but not running. Everyone had an assigned Instructor. The Instructor got to run their own sessions.

that course was terrible! I feel like I could run a better time on my fixed gear road bike than those mustangs (not a dis on the cars or drivers).
that vid makes me happy to go out and work the course.

It's a 'Micro' course.
