Cheapest place to get a new Honda?

Hey guys,
I got a friend moving to Cali next week, and he wants to get a new Civic when he gets there. Does anyone know a good dealership that gives great deals? Back in Chicago, I would deal with one of the larger Honda dealerships becuase they were more focused on volume of sales, so they'd sell cheaper than most. If someone could tell me what dealerships that would be in SoCal, I'll let him know. It can be around a 50 mile radius of Santa Monica, so OC/SFV recs are ok too.
