Terry, Midwest Hoosier, suggested that instead of buying a new set of rains, I should take an older set and have them grooved. Anybody know someone that could make rains out of my 20x8x13--R25b's.
TIA

Don

Are they new old tires, or used old tires? I doubt any shop will risk using up a blade cutting a used tire. Also keep in mind rains are typically a softer compound.

Trackside Performance likely has grooving equipment for prepping off-road tires. 949.589.5394

R25b's should be plenty soft, certainly softer than R6 Hoosier wets.

They were used for nationals last year plus 20 runs on 2 and less than 10 on the other 2, in fact, 2 of them still have the OPR from Lincoln and are probably brand new under the gunk--- :D

Thanks
