Wanted - STi Powertrain

I'm thinking about doing an STi swap on my '02 WRX. I'm wondering if anyone has an STi Engine/Transmission set, or knows of a place I could get one, and how much it would be? Also any ideas of good places to have the work done would be appreciated as well. I've heard of a few places, but it would be good to have more input.
Thanks

As you no doubt know, NASIOC Southern CA would be the place to ask. I've seen lots of STI's in junk yards with seemingly just suspension and body work damage. There SHOULD be power trains around ...

Yeah I posted a couple threads on Nasioc yesterday and so far no one's been very helpful. A fellow Crosser said I should go ahead and try posting on here.

I've been forced to become more familiar with this company recently.
They have a salvage yard in Gardena.

Search there stock for one that actually starts.

I called up this auction company and they only auction off entire vehicles. There is an STi being auctioned off in Pheonix next week, but they wont give me any idea of what they go for and I would have to go in person to bid. Then I'd have to deal with getting it shipped here. There are a couple other STi's in their system in CA, NV, & AZ, but they aren't ready for auction yet, and I still don't have any idea what they go for.
Any other ideas of some good places to look for a powertrain?

I might be able to help in your search. I attend 4 salvage auctions a week and am exposed to somewhere between 1,500 and 2,000 cars a week.
What is you budget and time frame?
