Going to get my house painted this summer and I am getting estimates. Talked to one guy already and have one more to call but I would like to get a third estimate as well before the wife and I decide who to go with. It's a 1300 sqft single story home in HB. Will need some wood replacement around the eaves. Staying with the same colors. Anyone have a recommendation?

And if he needs help, Schenker has worked as a house painter. Helped me out when we were getting our house ready to to put on the market. [we didn't sell, but it wasn't because of the paint job]

I've got a guy (Martin) in HB who's painted practically our whole house. He's really good and not expensive. I'll get his number and PM it to you.

I would recommend Crystal Painting (800) 685-8391 - Brandon Cho.
They did my office building and my home, they were very reasonably priced, but did not cut corners.
