"inexpensive" autobody / paint shop

I'm looking for an inexpensive autobody / paint shop in the socal area.

to be more specific, inexpensive = cheap bastard }:)

even more specific, i'm looking to repaint my '87 toyota pickup. being that it's a pickup, and used for the intended purpose, I don't really want to pay for a great paint job. I know that with car paint:

you pretty much get what you pay for.

so with that said, I kinda consider this task a perfect candidate for Earl Scheib, except they closed shop in July.. :(

anyone got any leads on something that fits my description?

There are still Scheib shops, but no parent company.

Took the BMW here last year http://orangenorthbatavia.maaco.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; paid less than $900.00 IIRC. Done in a few days, good people too.
I paid a little extra for colorchange/doorjambs too.

One Day Paint & Body was a Scheib competitor. Same deal: cheap, not great pain jobs.

We can do it right here in my driveway. You don't even have to wash the car. Just bring it over. :P

Or you can try my buddy Jaime........323-434-5124, and he can paint it in his driveway. He's painted several cars for me and does a real nice job inexpensively. JK about the driveway.
