What was item 8 that Marcus Meredith was the lone dissenter on. I worry about something the BoD passes for solo that the solo guy on board objects to.

Based on last month's fast track, depending on what counts as an item, it was either the Deleting of rule book requirements for annual tech, or it was the change in the way we count cone penalties based on the inside/outside edge of the box.

The numbers of items don't line up with the "Recommended to the BoD" section of any individual Fastrack or group of Fastrack issues that I could find. The approved BoD items reference:
General: 16 items
Safety: 1 item
Stock: 2 items
Street Touring: 5 items
Other categories: 30 items

Only 8 general items were recommended to the BoD in the November Fastrack, and 4 Stock items...

I'd call that a pretty flawed set of minutes. What was approved?
