I've searched and can't find information about the cost for a second driver in a car.
My nephew wants to bring his girl friend and let her drive half the time and wants to know the cost for the additional driver. They are not looking to double up on the number of total runs.

If it is a practice event, you generally can share an entry for an additional $10 - $15. Shared entries aren't done on Championship days. While it can on occasion be hard to get into practice events, I doubt that will be the case in December.
