At this point I have two slots available. Work Tech Sunday between 11:00am-1:00pm. It counts as your work assignment. Let me know ASAP.

I am available if you want me I run in the last group so the late Tech is no problem.

I am trying to get to this event. I run in the second group. If we are done by 11, I can work tech or I can just come over as soon as the group ends. Will that be OK?

That would be great. All I need to do at lunch time is walk the track. Then I can come back and help. I run right after lunch.
