Sorry, don't know whose in charge of replenishing them, but they were very low @ the Divisional. Given the difficult lighting conditions of the NOTLD, it we be a really good idea for tech (I suggested to John Fendel, Chief of Tech for the event) that he be a real N*zi about enforcing the rules on this as it's hard enough to see crappy numbers/class designations in daylight, much less @ night; let's make it easy on the course workers (a paricularly difficult position during the NOTLD) and motorhome.
