The registration is open and will be up as soon as it gets through the MSR system. Start checking and if you don't see it, check the 'sign in to register' box.

MSR doesn't use PayPal, that was AXWare ORM.

When you "register" for a practice, you are really submitting an application for the event as they are often over subscribed. On the 10th, the actual entry list will be posted. If there are 75 or less apps, everyone gets in. If more than 75 there is a hierarchy to determine who gets in (from Board Members, club reps, down to non-members) with date registered the final factor.
