Cheap Rebuild?

Mom's motor home needs engine rebuild(chevy 5.7L c-class). Had engine rebuilt 10K miles ago, has since eaten another valve or two(reason for rebuild). Blackstone says oil has WAY to much chrome, lead and iron, so I'm thinking rebuild was badly done and bearings and rings are junk. What suggestions on who to try again with. I want done right but as cheaply as possible. I can have someone local remove and replace and take just the engine to shop or shop can do whole job.HELP. Am in Torrance.

Can't help on a rebuild, but you may check with Tom Berry as he may run across nice examples and/or Eric Clements to help with the removal/replacement. Heck, Eric may handle rebuilds too.
