I already asked the E-Board to give me definitive info so I can update the calendar. Advertising via a thread is not the way to do it.

True...more supplemental though. But just want to get it out there, and then create an official thread.

Then when you get official info, make and official thread and lock this one (with a referance to the official thread). What you don't do is tell wonderers this is not the way to get info.
