Hi I'm Steve!
I have a 91 Honda Civic and I am so stoked to start solo...ing haha
Well I just read that there are events in El Toro and that is awesome because I live in Tustin!
I really thought I was going to have to be driving to San Diego when I wanted to run.
I see on the calender that the next El Toro event is in April??? Is that correct?
Just wanted to say Hi and briefly introduce myself.
Hope to meet some of ya'll soon. I will start being around a lot.

Hey Steve,
Welcome to your new obsession!

Actually the first event at El Toro is March 19 & 20.

See you there!

http://solo2.com/calendar.asp" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; doesn't currently include our own events. The event in April at El Toro is the ProSolo, which is a national level even (but you're definitely still welcome!)

Check out http://solo2.motorsportreg.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for a listing of our local events, and you'll see that the first El Toro event this year is on March 19th-20th.

That's because it will no longer include them there. Our temporary calendar is the one you mentioned at MSR (MotorSportsReg). But we are working on having our own calendar on Google.com. Stay tuned.

Gio, I still don't understand!

Why are we making it so difficult for the new people to our sport!

Rick says it should then it will and now you say it won't-----and all the time the noobs are confused.

And I do understand why you don't really care---will you ever show up again or can't you find out when and where we still autocross.. }:)

Don, it's not a big deal, we're transitioning between two calendar system over a few days and contrary to other opinions around here, the sky is not falling! We were going to use Motorsports Reg as the "calendar" but found some bugs and inconsistencies on their site so we've switched to plan B:

I just implemented our new Google Calendar on the site - thanks for Aaron and KJ for getting that set up!

For those google/internet/tech savvy, you can also add this calendar to your google account calendar list and anything else you can do with a Google Calendar.

I was a bit confused with the calendar situation but the motivated will find the information they are looking for.

March 19th seems so far but I will definitely be there. With my crusty blue hatch :barf:

The few the brave the Tahitian Green have many names for the most glorious color ever to adorn a hot hatch.
Metrosexual Blue
Non-Recognized Marriage Blue
George Micheal Bleu
Thai Stripper Boy Blue

It takes a proud and confident man to drive these cars to limit. 8-)
