Way Off Topic - Sunday Brunch

I'm looking for a Champagne Sunday Brunch spot in or around central Orange County. Needs to be a buffet. Anyone have a favorite?
Lucca Cafe in Irvine - where we had the banquet last year - does a great Sunday brunch.
They only do a buffet on certain holidays though - the rest of the year they do a menu based brunch.
They have the best pancakes on the planet.
