Last year when we ran El Toro, the Waiver/Gate was occasionally at the turn in off the road, and other times it was on the taxi way where we set up the paddock. What determines where the gate will be?

Convenience of being able to cordon off the Paddock to the outside world and including Jr. Karting track and any skid pad/slalom practice areas.
