That is the best of kids helmets I found. Much lighter than the adult bell we had to go with for my monster kidlet with the HUGE head. Steve will correct me if I'm wrong but I think that particular helmet has a bit of adjustability with the inner pads or other pads are available to adjust fitment.

The helmet has be discontinued. I don't think the pads are still available. I've got a call into Bell now. I'll let you know.
