Yep, for many years back before SCCA when "we" were SCCSCC (Southern California Council of Sports Car Clubs). I think I was the first to "publish" PoR as he finished each chapter, when I was the newsletter editor for Group Z (a club that still exists, but no longer has an autocross team).
