hankook tires, anyone got a contact there?

Long story short, i bought a set of tires with that "great catch" rebate in mind. sent the info in last Aug., got a confirmation that it's received, and will be processed.
well, I'm terrible at keeping up with rebate crap, so I kinda forgot about it.
While cleaning out my email last week, I noticed that I never did receive my rebate, and sent hankook an email..
got a response back saying that my name isn't in their system, and they can't do anything about it.. :unimpressed:
I forwarded the original email indicating that they received the info, but haven't heard back.
anyone got a contact there?
