I'm looking for one way transportation to send a Bike to the Pro/Nats. I leave directly from Nats on a five week business trip/tour and will take with me. My issue is I have no way to get it to LAX in my miata, with everything else I need to take for this 6 1/2 week trip including Pro/Nats.
I can't spend another long Business trip with no exercise. I've gained enough weight this year. Can someone please help?

Do you have a rental car?

HI Mike, thanks for the thought. I do have a rental car...
I also have a really nice bike I would like to take for my whole trip, not just Lincoln. I'm not looking for something to tool around at the event on, but more for the 5 additional weeks I'll be traveling directly from Lincoln. The bike itself is only part of my investment. There's also the seat bag with spare tire, tube, and tools within. Computer, bike pump, and water bottle holder, bike lock/holder attached to the frame, etc. All of which take no additional room on the bike, but valuable space in a suitcase, or several hundred $ to purchase and add to a craig's list bike. While I'm not thrilled at the airlines charges to fly it out to the east coast after Lincoln, and then home again... I don't want to dump that money on something either to leave behind, or have to sell in a matter of a day or two before I return home.
If only I knew where my company was putting me up once I arrive in Philidelphia, and I'd just UPS ground it there. But if they knew that more than five days out (I leave home 9 days out), it would be a first in the nearly 6 yrs I've worked for them. Having the hotel location change on the day of arrival, or a day prior is rather common too. Ergo, my trying to source transportation for it.
Again thanks in advance for any assistance available.
