I need course setup workers for this next event. I am allowed to exempt 2 volunteers from their worker assignment for the practice or champ. Looks like we are going to do a early morning course setup (6am or when AAA speedway opens). Further details will be discussed via email or PM. Please contact me at jonlugod@gmail.com (760) 716 2927

Team,
As Jon stated above, due to circumstances beyond our control we won't be able to start course setup until 6 AM on Saturday. In order for us to stick to the schedule and have first car out at 8:30AM, I may need to ask for additional volunteers, this doesn't count as your work assignment but you get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that you helped make the event happen.

One more thing, I will like for Jon to be allowed to lay out his design without too much interference, this will only cause more delays. He will already have his hands full getting the course done in record time and answering to the SS.

Thanks for understanding.

Bump. Is it possible to have a practice without a course? Didn't think so. If you guys want a course I'm going to need help setting it up! Otherwise we are going to start very late and you won't get as many runs. :unimpressed:

Jonathan: As Gate Chief, I'm going to be there at about 5:30 a.m. One of my Gate Workers is going to arrive at 6:00 rather than his scheduled time of 6:30. Aside from getting into the motorhome to grab the Waivers Box whenever access is available, and otherwise set up the Gate, I can lend a hand with course setup...I think.
