small claims? also, any vet recommendation in LB?

it looks like I need to file small claim against my vet.

long story short, she withheld information from a cytology report, and specifically mislead me to pursue a different path toward even more treatment. The information on the report indicated that the cytology aspiration samples were improperly collected, and stored. the vet is refusing to fess up to it, and is telling me that I have to pay again ($600) if I want the test done again (presumably, correctly this time).

anyways, looks like I will be forced to go small claims.

this is at the Long Beach Animal Hospital, they have 5 vets on staff, a few nurses, and a handful of techs.

I plan to at least name 2 vets who saw my dog during this mess, as well as the traveling radiologist they contract. possibly the nurses that assisted.

anyone with experience w/ small claims? advice?

also, suggestion for a trustworthy vet would be nice too. I really can't trust this one anymore.

I've gone to small claims and won. Based on your ability to form a cogent, compelling argument on your TBWDs, I don't think you'l have any problems. Just remember to document any claims you make. If you want to talk about the experience more, PM me and I'll give you my cell.
