Yeah, you know he's going to leave oil spots on the driveway.

Odd ... he wants us to leave the carpeting in the garage (ex. apartment) ... because he likes to work on his cars, including a real Cobra, on carpeting?

So I checked his racing results with the SCCA/Philip Royle, it all checks out OK ... is there anything else that this first time landlord should check. I'm assuming racer to racer nothing else matters?
Besides the '65 Cobra and a '08 Challenger (?!), he's got 3X Ducati's + 3 other bikes.

Cecil's in, and as a true racer, as he started to bring over his stuff, he put an extra set of wheels in the living room!

(John Travolta's brother was helping him move stuff in)
In his last place he kept his rare Ducati racing bike in the living room ... I suggested that he perhaps put it on the tiled area just off of the living room.
Not sure the neighbors are going to like the fact that he has THREE Dodge Challengers besides five bikes, the Cobra and two pick-up trucks ....

I bought a Power Washer ... to clean the deck/driveway, etc. around that house. Works terrifically! Actually looking forward to doing the car port/drive way at this house ... and together with a power washer spinning brush, hopefully easier car washing. Also good for washing all of those racing wheels I would imagine.
I bought this model ... but needed to buy a replacement brass hose swivel almost right away:
