I Need help to set up the course for the next event. The plan is to Setup Fri Oct 21 starting around 2:00.

For 2 volunteers, This can be your work assignment for the weekend, but if you do volunteer, I'll need you one of you on blower duty Sat AM, and one on Sun AM.

Or you can just come and help because you feel like it. ;)

I'm in. Just out of curiosity, how come we can do this one on a Friday, but we couldn't set up the last one on a Friday?

The Speedway is gracious enough to let us setup early if they aren't using it for something else, last time they were using it for something else.

Please, please, please take into consideration Timing Motor Home placement with respect to grid and the pits. This is mainly so people can hear the PA. Ideally have the grid on one side and the pits on the other.

It doesn't matter which side start is on for Saturday or Sunday. In fact with the new wireless system, start & finish can now be on the same side. Staging line should be a good distance in front of the timing trailer to provide maximum visibility to the timing crew without them having to look over their shoulders for car number. It's nice to be able to easily see 4 to 5 cars in line.

Thanks in advance.
