SCCA/Minor Waivors Question

I've always seen the minor waivors as triplicate forms. One for the parent, one for the SCCA and one for the region file. At one time we couldn't down load the minor waivors. But now the SCCA has minor waviors along side its normal adult waviors in their download list.

I'm assuming I can just use this one-licate form for minor waviors now, but is the region to hold on to the only copy?

Yes.

Page 46, rule 4.14, paragraph A.

The only group/person that is REQUIRED to have a copy is the registrar/region. That is so if an incident happens, the SCCA has proof it has been signed. If the parent wants a copy, have them fill out two. Make sure to print it out in color.

Next time I order forms I will get some for you.

THanks, but I already have a request in. Problem is the whole Rally dept is just getting over rallyx nationals so I doubt they'll get me anything by my event this weekend. I think I found enough in my files though.
