Renee is no longer at Kindred hospital. She has been moved to Casa Colina.

I spoke with Renee today. She says that the therapy is working well. She says the food and staff are great at Casa Colina. She expects to be released soon.

If you have a chance - please give her a call.

I saw Renee two Saturdays ago at the Buttonwillow club race, but she did not work grid on Sunday. Please keep us updated with any information you get.

Our prayers are with you Renee.

I just came from visiting Renee. She looks very ill, but you all know Renee. She is a fighter! She is still not out of the woods, but is doing much better. She is out of intensive care, but still in a special care ward at San Antonio Hospital. Please send cards, flowers and prayers to her. I'm sure she would appraciate it.

Gayle: Let me be the first to say we all thank you for the update. Any idea as to how long her stay might be at San Antonio? If we send something, might she have been released by the time it gets there?

Laurie Angel, Renee's step-daughter, who BTW is doing a great job of taking care of this situation just told me that Renee is improving so well she may be moving to Kindred Hospital soon - I will keep everyone posted.

Lisa Severy and I visited Renee today and she looked great. It was a very nice visit. If you are planning to visit, send flowers or cards, please double check her location because Lori Robertson called tonight and said that Renee is being moved tomorrow to Kindred Hospital, 550 No. Monterey Ave., Ontario. As soon as the San Antonio Hospital address was posted here, we fired off a card. It came back to us. Now we know why. We're trying to hit a moving target. I'm thinking that's a good thing. :gpower:
