I'd like to call for any volunteers willing to help during our monthly conference calls. We need someone to take reasonably detailed notes during the meeting and summarize them into the monthly minutes.

Who would like to see the region in action and write about it?

They're the 3rd Wed. of every month except December. The two calls I've been on started at 6:30 p.m.

Additional, they run between 1 hr (rare), and 3 1/2 hrs (common).

On the bonus side the sups offer in return for the time commitment a 25% discount. The sups state that the discount will be offered at all Championship events following the year of service, but current application of the rule appears to offer the discount during the current year.

That was the old supps. We changed it to current year benefit effective 2009.
