Recuperating at home for a week and a half now means a lot of TV, including Speed channel's replays of the MTV series Pimp My Ride from around 2004-2005. While watching a recent episode I go "Wait, that guy looks familiar!". See if you can guess who this car belongs to (sorry, phone pics of my TV):

Actually the wheels, mirrors and rear wing are orange, just doesn't look it in my pictures. He said he was really into video games, especially Need for Speed and wanted the car to match one in the game so that's what they did.
He was wearing an orange shirt in most of shots of him.

that's not fast & furious at all, wait til you see the car I built myself sometime next year ;)

So what happened to the 240?

I autoxed it for a couple years then sold it as a stripped down base version.

I still have to figure out where I want to put my spare lcd's & subs. The sprite could use some fancier ballasts...

QV, I remember when you asked me to drive that car back when you first started autocrossing...even though it was an auto, it still was fun.

SO, I am happy to have autocrossed a "Pimped-out 240sx" car made by "Pimp-My-Ride." Thanks QV!
