Easy way to open up those extra pipes ... at low rpms.

I wonder if you actually get more torque low down with them closed?

It does help a little probably more subjectivly than actualy
on the 430hp LS3 motor the NPP exhaust increases the power from 430 to 436 about 1.4 percent.
but it does sound better
