Is anyone here a licensed appraiser?

I'm looking for an appraisal on a single family home, and I'd like to steer it to one of our own if we have anyone licensed by the Appraisal Institute.
The property is in Orange County, zip code 92705.

Mark Huffman is an appraiser. Not sure of his credentials or as to whether he can do stuff in California. But maybe HE knows someone.
