I'm late to the game; New iPhone. I haven't been on iTunes in near a decade.

App suggestions? kids entertainment/education, solo apps, necessary production stuff, fun everyday stuff? Itching for the GoPro stuff.

And we're going on a road trip this week. Any cool suggestions for that?

Thanks,

Jay W

Harry's lap timer is pretty cool. I been playing around with it for use as a poorman's data acquisition/in-cockpit video.
They update it pretty often, so its nice to know its not abandoned by the developer.

Apps that come in handy at times:
- any flash light app
- Dual Level (can measure camber with this too)
- Pandora
- Decibel (not sure how accurate this app is, but good enough)

Cool apps (car related):
- Dynolicious
- Harry's LapTimer Pro

Apps for kids:
- PBS Kids
- some puzzle games
- some flash card apps
- Disney Junior (just downloaded this app, so don't know much about it, but should be similar to PBS Kids)

Not sure about Harry's Lap Timer ... but this kid Anthony got in the Vette for a ride on Sat ... stuck his iPhone in my drink holder, and after one lap had all type of cool info, course map, g's etc for our run using the CMSLapTimer. One could scroll through the lap getting info for specific points. One can set up sectors, etc.

I was very impressed ... not need to calibrate anything ... just worked!
