My Piloti Spyder driving shoes ... and a pair of new work gloves. Not worried about the gloves, but did anyone notice a pair of these (blue) shoes that must have gotten left behind?

With "regular" shoes, my left foot hits the hood popping cable when I go from the dead pedal to the clutch.

Those Piloti's are very comfortable, and fast and easy to put on.

Oh there's an easy fix for that, just put your left foot on the brake ;)

Pilotis are good if your intent is to not change shoes after you run. The Pilotis work good for standing in also. Many driving shoes do not.
I like the Pilotis, I have maybe 7 different ones now. The service is good too from the company.

A good shoe if you are watching a budget is a wrestling or indoor soccer shoe. Indoor soccer shoes often are on sale at Big 5 for cheap.

The left foot on the brake thing works.... As long as you don't keep it depressed all the time in a car with 90ft lbs of torque.

I'm probably bracing myself with my left foot/knee crammed to the left ... but yeah, I should start left footing it again.
