My quickest run yesterday.

Oh...and for the Harry's Lap Timer users, have you guys seen the red display flashing while using the app? You can see that happening in the video at 1:08, 1:14, 1:23, and 1:32 marks. The app never started timing even though I had set the "start" and "finish" during the course walk.

6th in PAX, 9th in overall PAX.

Huge mistake in the long decreasing radius right hander and the straight after it, and I wimped out in the last turn because I had DNFed the last run there.

My 4th run: fastest scratch time, but I coned. Even if I hadn't coned it wouldn't have changed my placing. 5th in SK2.

Vincent: I use HLT. Instead of using automatic markers I use it in "Classic" mode and just hit the button to manually start timing when I stage, and I manually stop it when I'm done. Nailing the time down isn't that big a deal for me... I really just use it for video and datalogging.

My third run ended up being my fastest, an 86.893 (I DNF'd my 4th run going too fast into a slalom).

Vince - That was the first time that I have seen the red flashing screen on HLT. I tend to use it in manual mode now since I've had other glitches occur in auto mode (the "staged" button won't work, it stops recording video, etc).

Just the funny pucker finish of my first run. Put the head phones on, NSFW language.

Just picked up this car on Saturday. Didn't do so good on the original vintage 2004 tires but still had a blast.

Th red flashing is the when to shift light, you need to set up your cars gearing info. The KIWI WIFI was feedinig it RPM data.

Thanks for the photos, Jason!

I was terribly slow on sunday (and my engine was quite unhappy), but you sure did make it look as if I was moving fast! :gpower:

Interesting, thanks for the info Pete.

Is this a driver's choice element?

Just for YUKES, did anyone actually try the righthand "choice"? I'm think'n not.

I went right every run, it worked for me.

Then how do you know the left wouldn't have worked better? ;)

My reasoning for going right was that I didn't want to have to shift after it, and so going right evened out the speed a bit more and I was on the limiter for less time.

Given that I was on the limiter for a good 7-8 blips going right, it would've been much worse if I went left.

I went left and was hitting the limiter for a long time. Also was riding the limiter at the finish, tried 3rd a couple times but the worn shifter bushing made it impossible to get back to 2nd for the finish.

For me, I simply couldn't see the right side choice at speed. Every time I was in that section, my eyes found the left side choice (probably because I planned it that way, but still).
