When the house eats the tires I would rather buy...

As they say, they happen in three's.
So far this year we have a new LG washer/dryer( I would count these as a two, but no they count as one event), the disposal ate a plastic bag that it could not pass( I have three kids, do not ask) and today I completed the installation of the water heater.
It could be much uglier.
Having a house built in 1979 there is only so much room. The front loader LG would have fit, but the doors would hit the wall at less than half open. Saved some on the top loader's, Thank God.
Tires, what tires?

I see your washer/dryer, disposal, and water heater and raise you a whole new kitchen, fireplace remodel, and fractured main sewer line in a house built in 1956.

I see you remodel and sewer line and raise you a CSP Miata.

Don't fold, John! You'll be getting a cash infusion when we build that cage/sub frames for the Prepared car!

How 'bout this...
120 foot driveway. Move Motorhome to end of driveway. Hook up car hualer to E350 van. Place 66 Mustang convertible on hauler. Put van in "Drive" but notice slight movement in rear-view mirror. "Slight" turns out to be un-strapped Mustang rolling off of hauler. Driver jumps from van to try to stop Mustang disaster. Too late, driver watches Mustang roll off but not before ripping out transmission lines and bottom of radiator. While standing in SHOCK, driver notices movement once again. Still in Drive, Van proceeds down driveway. Driver chases to no avail. How fast can a van/hauler combo get up to in 120 feet? Ask the rear of the motorhome.

In professional circles, we call that a "call your carrier moment".

Should we move the discussion of Ed's future suitability as a participant in our sport to the private message board?
The man is clearly a danger to himself and others...
j/k Ed!

Was "Ed" mentioned? A re-read of his post references "driver". ;)
