Still looking for volunteers to help with the Ladies School. If you are going to be around that weekend - I could really use some help!
As far as Chief if Timing/Scoring - it looks like Rick Brown and Eric Clements will be out of town. That leaves only a few more who are "checked out" and approved to manage the systems. Marshall Grice?

One week later - I still need additional support for this event. Please, if you are going to be in town and participating in the events over the Thanksgiving Weekend, I could really use some additional help to ensure that this event will run smoothly and successfully! Please contact me or post to this thread if you can help! Thank you!

Still don't know if I will be in town or not. However, there is really not much to do. The PA and lights should be set up from Friday, except maybe moving the lights. That just requires moving them, pointing them at each other, pointing the antenna at the motor home and turning them and the timer on. If you were looking for times to be recorded in the computer to be printed out later, that's a different story.
