There is a Lemons race at the end of June if you're itching for it soon.

Would it be a good idea to check out Chump racing? LeMons can get a little silly

Lemons alllows way more entrants than Chump, so in Lemons you get giant fields with tons of flags and body contact. Chump is more focused on the driving, but is more strict on the $500 limit, so you don't get some of the insane build you see in lemons.

The lemons event at the end of this month has something like 130 cars registered for Buttonwillow and the cap is 150 I think.

I can't speak to Chump because I haven't done an event with them, but I've done 4 LeMons races now, and while you're correct that yellow flag periods are quite common, body contact is heavily frowned upon and you will usually get black flagged if you make contact with anyone. I've yet to make contact with another car through my 4 races.

I didn't mean to make it sound common its not. The bigger fields make in lemons make it more likely.

We would need to "source" a $500 car. Know any good "source"? :P
