Big Changes for Street/Street-R classes this new year. "Street-R" category will be last year's stock classes on "R" tires, the new Street category will be stock cars on 140+ treadwear tires. We will be combining Street into 3 classes, S1, S2, S3. All Street-R classes will be combined into one class, SR. In addition, Combined Prep/Mod is replaced by separate combined classes for Prepared and Modifieds.

The following classes are all indexed classes.
Street Classes (140+ tire wear): S1= SS, AS, BS, FS; S2= CS, DS, ES; S3= GS, HS.
Street-R Classes: SR = SSR Thru HSR, all former Stock Classes on "R" tires.
P= All Prepared Classes. M= All Modified Classes (includes KM & FSAE).

For numbers on your cars, Street classes add the appropriate number, i.e., SS1, DS2, GS3. Street-R classes add R. Prepared and Modified only need your base class letters.

No individual classes for Street, Stock, Prepared or Modified.

If you use online registration, be sure to read the info on page 2 describing the proper way to select your class.

So index racing is the only option for Stock/Street classes?
Unlike previous years where it was just a regional optional class.

Edited first post to indicate that these are all indexed classes and to correct category names to Street & Street-R.

Yes, Sean, that is the current intent. At least that's how I remember it from the board meetings and no one has corrected me yet ;) .
