The 2013 Solo Awards Banquet is on the calendar! Be sure to mark the date.....February 23, 2014. Better yet, just click here and get registered now!

It's the time of year when we gather to share good times and memories with friends and family as our award winners from the 2013 season are recognized for their accomplishments.

Whether you've won an award or not, this is the time to come cheer for your friends who have. But before we do, we'll sit down and enjoy a traditional Sunday Brunch at the Hacienda. Then it's awards time!

But that's not all......after all the awards are handed out, we'll have a raffle with some great prizes donated by our clubs and sponsors.

To join the fun, you need to register. So get on it! Registration closes February 22.

I would like to echo what George is saying. This venue for the banquet is OUTSTANDING. We went last year, partly because I was an awardee. And even though this year we are NOT awardees, we are still going. I guarantee you that the variety of food and drink, all of which you can partake in, is well worth the cost. And the facility is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. A combination of indoor and outdoor covered patios with flowers in bloom everywhere. It even has fireplaces.

The OTHER reason we are going is because we have made a lot of friendships over the last year, some of whom are awardees THIS year. This is a chance for us to join in a celebration of their achievements.

Oh, that's right, Autocross is easy, anyone can do it. Well, it may be true that it's easy to DO. But it's certainly not easy to do WELL; as most of us can attest. JOIN THE PARTY!! YOU WON"T BE SORRY. :gpower:

Karen's raffle prize is a gift basket from No$ called "Movie Night". Its got all kinds of things that dramatically raise blood sugar so I need to get it out of my living room. ;) It looks so good! Plus some cool movies!

I also have a ridiculously cool champions jacket.

We need to talk and figure out a good drop off time. I'm pretty paranoid about spreading germs though. Robert IS THE PLAGUE.
