Created a new page (on main site) to formally list them and to give out the rates since every once in a while someone asks about it and we have potential new ones coming in.

BTW I can't really fit any more at the top without running into peopl's screen size restrictions, they might want to have a second rate for the bottom of the forum page. Though it is nice to have that for things like the Div banner that I had there. Could also make the Forum and the main site diffrent deals.

maybe just make the images rotate like the main site, which shouldn't be too hard i'm sure.. just always short on time.
