Hello All, the two events in July are approaching fast, and since they are only separated by a couple of weeks, I'll have to apply for the insurance for both soon.

Both events are E-Board which means we need the clubs to submit volunteers for the chief positions.
Remember, there are incentives for volunteering as follows:

Event Chairperson: Free entry
Safety Steward: Free Entry
Chief of Waivers (Gate): 50% Discount
Chief of Workers: 50% Discount
Chief of Tech: 50% Discount
Chief of Course: 50% Discount

I can do tech for both.

Years ago we used to do positions by day... might get a wider variety of volunteers if we went back to that vs. whole weekend commitments. That's such a burn out, and there are many such as myself that don't do practices for a variety of reasons.

If someone would like to split the 5/6th weekend, I'll volunteer to take Chief of Workers for the Championship (AX Sunday event) on the 6th. Saturdays are dad/daughter day.

Ill take course designer for the July 5-6th event....
