FS: New Ultrashield Rally Sport Racing Seat - $300 OBO

Up for sale is a new, never installed Ultrashield Rally Sport aluminum racing seat with cover. Layback is 20 degrees, size is 16". Cover is still sealed in the bag and is black in color.
Selling because I sold my race car and never got around to installing this seat.
Saferacer sells these new for $400. I'm asking $300/OBO. Here's a link to Saferacer's ad:
