Cal Club Autocross Forums

Hi, I haven't done a practice day in a long, long time. What's the typical practice day schedule? When does it start and end? Is there a morning session and then an afternoon one or is it an all day affair.

CASOC (George) generally runs 4 groups, you work 1, rest 1 and run in 2. This is repeated morning and afternoon and the groups are on a specific time schedule. Typically get at least 6 runs morning and afternoon.
