Course Setup Help June 13-14

I need three helpers for course setup on (hopefully) June 12, 13, and 14. This will be your work assignment for the weekend. I need helpers for all three days. I will also need a volunteer to grab the Motorhome from AAA speedway to transport to El Toro.
Friday setup ARRIVE AT 4pm
Saturday 7am course chalk and line.
Saturday 430pm course changeover
Sunday 7am course chalk and line.

I haven't done course setup before but I can help. I am available all three days but I'd prefer Saturday. Could I work two of them and have it count as my practice work assignment as well? If so put me down for Saturday and Sunday.

Hey Stephen,
Majority of course setup is done on Friday (hopefully) and is the most important day. Saturday change over is the second most important. Sunday morning is chalking and lining (least intensive). I do require help all three days to count as both Saturday and Sunday work assignment.
For those who haven't done course setup with me before I don't require you to do much. Easy work just be around!

Friday setup really depends on AMCI and can change leading up to friday PM. Email me around noon that day. I will update this thread if any firm details can be presented prior to friday the 12th.

Hello Erik,
Thanks for volunteering. I am reserving the third spot for someone who can transport the Motorhome from AAA to El Toro. Are you around the I.E? Of course after setup i would bring one back to their car at AAA.

FYI I'm driving to AAA Friday afternoon from Huntington Beach. I've got an extra seat in the van if it helps anyone.
