(Update, Raleigh from the National office says a Saturday dinner is included in the discounted $25 entry - best bargain in town!)
Hi,
CSCC is hosting the SCCA's first CAM event in SoCal. It's April 29th - May 1st at AAA speedway on our normal lot, so if you're not going to the Crow's ProSolo, it a fun way to sample a national type event for only $25. It's limited to 50 drivers of any class cars.
The event will use the Match Tour format with 9 runs over 2 days (3 autocross events in one), 2 Sat sessions and a Sunday morning session with 3 runs each. SCCA could use our help for the Sunday Challenge workers, no experience needed. We are looking to see if FSAE can help also.
Also could use some Friday and Sat/Sun morning gate workers, Friday and Sat morning tech workers and a couple of course workers Reg open in 2 weeks, but post any interest or questions.
Thanks,
Rick

Randy, you and your son are needed in the normal CAM-S class and to compete in the Challenge, as C4-C6s are now allowed. Reg opens in 2 weeks. I'll post the info.
David sounds good- thanks! Once we determine who will be chief of Tech, he/she will contact you.

Just clarifying (per fb registration link):
- Do we register through scca site under "worker product"? It's $25, but specifically says CAM Challenge Worker. Or is our registration not available yet?
THANKS!

Would love to compete. Are the Friday practice and school part of the regular registration (or something else)? We'll register as soon as we see the link (or is it already open?...I thought I saw something on Facebook...but I'm not on there often).

QV, any non-CAM cars would reg under the $25 worker option. SS would count as your work, they do need one more SS as back up while you run.

Hi Randy,
Friday practice is included in the CAM and non-CAM entries, along with dinner. I believe the EVO school is separate? I'll check into that.
Reg is open on the SCCA site!
