I have not been able to log in to the old site to register for the event. It accpets my user name and password, but when I go to do anything other than look it boots me back out.

If other people are having trouble on that page you might not have a lot of folk pre-registered for the Nov 9 event and I would suggest if people aren't pre registered they would have a legitimate complaint for not paying the higher rate.

Did something change I'm not aware of?

No problems here Ken. Try clearing your memory. I believe that's how I solved a similar problem recently.
